Hello, I'm Veda Norman. My love for sports photography began as a spectator on the baseball and soccer fields.
My son was a pitcher and I tried to capture action shots with my little 35mm camera.
Needless
to say the results were not desirable as most shots were blurred or too distant. I often asked the photographers that
were hired to take team pictures if they could try to get some action shots again with undesirable results. It was at this time that I decided that if I were going to get good action shots that I would have to invest in a good
camera and learn to take them myself. I purchased a Nikon D50 Digital camera and while I consider myself a novice photographer,
have been very pleased with my action shots. At the prompting of friends and family I decided that I would share my photography with other parents, coaches and athletes and created this website. My photography has expanded to weddings, reunions and senior portraits. "A picture's value grows with the passing of time".
